So who is your next of kin? This has always been a grey area when it comes to wills, inheritance, who’s the oldest, I’m the wife etc. What we want to know is, who do you want to be contacted first in the event of an accident or emergency! You may have a son who lives in Australia, and a brother that lives in London, we would suggest picking your brother to be contacted first, then he can contact other members of your family that need to know there’s been a problem.
